2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to md1234 and participation in any gambling activity on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you meet these requirements each time you access the platform.

2.2 Additional Eligibility Requirements

- You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You must not be self-excluded from md1234 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
- You must not be accessing the platform on behalf of another person. Each account must be operated solely by the registered account holder.

- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
md1234 uses automated and manual verification procedures to identify underage accounts and fraudulent registrations. If you provide false information regarding your age or identity during registration, md1234 reserves the right to suspend your account, void all winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending a full investigation. 18+ only — no exceptions.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of md1234 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing withdrawals, you must register a personal account. md1234 permits only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, contact email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping all account information current. md1234 accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your md1234 login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. md1234 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted exactly one md1234 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on md1234 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). md1234 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees that their bank or payment provider may apply separately, although md1234 itself does not impose conversion charges.
4.1 Deposits
md1234 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your md1234 account balance within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. md1234 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be flagged, the associated account suspended, and the funds returned to the source pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with md1234's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
md1234 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed where an account has unresolved bonus wagering requirements, where a withdrawal request is flagged by our automated fraud detection systems, or where documentation requested by the KYC team has not yet been provided.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. md1234 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Multiple accounts used to claim a welcome bonus more than once will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
- Bonuses credited to your account expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance automatically.
- md1234 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a player has already accepted a bonus and commenced wagering, the terms in place at the time of acceptance apply.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

5.2 Bonus Abuse
md1234 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to clear bonus requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting"), the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between players to exploit bonus structures, and the use of automated software or bots to place wagers. Where bonus abuse is identified, md1234 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account involved.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a user of md1234, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm the platform, its staff, or other users. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered accounts without exception.
6.1 Your Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any support interactions.
- Keep your account credentials secure and notify md1234 immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
- Use the platform for personal entertainment only. Commercial exploitation of the platform is not permitted without prior written agreement.
- Set and maintain responsible gaming limits to ensure that your gambling activity remains within a budget you are comfortable with.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on md1234 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and recovery of losses in cases of fraud:
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits that were used for genuine gambling activity. Any chargeback attempt will trigger a full investigation and may result in legal action.
- Money Laundering: Using md1234 to deposit, move, or obscure the origin of funds derived from illegal activity. md1234 has a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the md1234 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the md1234 brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of md1234 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other game providers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the md1234 platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. User Licence

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
- Confirmed or suspected underage gambling
- Multiple accounts registered by the same individual
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
- Chargebacks initiated against md1234 by the player's payment provider
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
- Use of automated software or bots to interact with the platform
- Abusive or threatening behaviour toward md1234 staff or other users
- Violation of any other provision of these Terms
8.2 Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion
You may request voluntary closure of your md1234 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.
